My "hard to get in the Bahamas" food storage. Ok... I removed the cushion and doubled it up with the other one, on the starboard side (makes a WAY comfortable guest berth. Then I bought 7, 18 gal, heavy duty storage containers. I bought all of the food that I knew would be hard to come by in the Bahamas like coffee, chucky apple sauce, crunchy peanut butter, soups, certain canned veggies, so on and so forth. I then split all of those supplies evenly among the 7 containers. I then put 6, stacked 2 high, towards the rear of the quarter berth. Bungeed them in. I then had room for my tools where access wasn't an issue. And finally, I put the last container forward where it could be easily accessed when cooking. The bulk items like grits, pasta, coffee, oatmeal, etc. are in small, lockable plastic storage containers in front of the pots & pans. Easy enough to move about to get to the pots & pans out with little effort.
There was even room to hang my fishing rood from the ceiling of the berth.
