Another example of Closetmaid basket storage solutions.  The center rack usually holds some bottles of wine but, here in the central Exumas, that's a luxury that's hard to come by.  There is enough room to mount more racks below these and they would in no way interfere with your movement in the galley but, I had no need for more as you can see from the empty rack in the middle.  The narrow, kitchen sized, trash can is well out of the way of walking down the steps, moving about the kitchen or getting into the 18 gallon sized storage containers in the quarter berth.
