And... MAN... is it beautiful! I have to say that I'm very impressed with
Kris and Bond Yachts. I ordered the new style (introduced in 2003) front deck
for my 2002 Motorcat 30 and paid for ground shipping to be delivered at the end
of June. There were a few problems in shipping. The main one being that US
Customs has changed regulations for packaging products coming from Europe. This
set the delivery time for the deck way back. So what did Bond Yachts do? They
shipped out this huge front deck by AIR and did it at their expense! Wow! Now
that's what I call customer service! In the past, both Kris and Bond Yachts have been very responsive to me when I had questions or wanted some updated hardware. I'm not even the original buyer of this boat, and the company still always addressed my needs in a rapid, professional manner. But this... This is so incredibly over the top. In this day and age where most companies sell you a product and then turn their backs on you, this deserves to be noted and given an appropriate cudos. Thanks Kris and the people at Bond Yachts! |
