| I had some people complain that they couldn't follow
where I was on the chart to find my next posting SO... I have just
(12/01/02) updated the navigation of the Web site with a quick link to
each posting, in chronological order, at the top of the home page.
Navigation is done by clicking on Hyperlinks (the colored, usually blue, underlined words). The names of the cities and islands that I put on the chart will be changed to Hyperlinks as I visit those areas and post pictures and stories. So very obviously the place to start your visit is up in North Carolina where my journey starts. Then follow me South as I head down the coast and through the islands. At the bottom of each page I will put an approximate date that the next Hyperlink will become active giving you another story and more pictures (pictures can be clicked on to enlarge!). I hope that you enjoy this page as much as I'm enjoying making it! More info than most people want, below... The U.S. government charts that I cut, pasted, erased, altered, recolored, labeled etc. are still big files that take a fair amount of time to download (especially with a modem and phone line!) so you really only want to open them once, then leave them open until you're done visiting the page and and exploring it's corresponding hyperlinks... So, what I've done to help you do this is to have every Hyperlink open in it's own Browser window. To go back a page you just close the window on top or reduce it if you want to access it later. You do NOT use your browsers back button! Hope that this isn't too messy... Enjoy and please visit often! |
