Loraine's mom's coconut bread, sliced thick, made into French toast.  A hearty pre-dive breakfast not to mention that it's just plain delicious...

Hmmm... a deserted island with coconut palms full of coconuts.  What in the world do we do with those...

...why I know, "you put de lime in da coconut and drink eet all up!"  Errr... add a splash of rum and call "de doctor in da morning."  Something like that anyway...  It was a Doctor John song I think and a LONG time ago  .
